The TKF-260 is a milling machine designed for tool rooms. It features Turcide-B coating on the X/Y/Z axes, prismatic slideways, stepless rotating speed between 50-3750 rpm, chromized and ground quill, precision spindle quill bearings P4, backlash eliminator, rapid and scalar traverse on the X-axis, and central lubrication system. Optional accessories include frequency variable speed on the Y-axis, rapid traverse on the Z-axis, and digital readout. The work table has a working area of 1300/260 mm and can handle a maximum loading weight of 300 kg. The longitudinal travel is 770 mm, the cross travel is 390/380 mm, and the vertical travel is 400/335 mm. The machine also has quick traverses, feeds, a main spindle with two speed rates, and a quill with a spindle taper of ISO 40, 127 mm travel, and 3-speed feed. The spindle head can be oriented right-left and front-back up to 90 and 45 degrees, respectively. The overarm can travel up to 470 mm and rotate 360 degrees.
