The Alpha 40 H2 bending machine is suitable for bars, tubes, and technical data profiles. It has a capacity of 2.6 cm3 and shaft diameter of 40 mm. The upper roll diameter is 137 mm, while the lower roll diameter is 147 mm. The machine's body is made of special cast iron, and the main motor has a power of 3 kW. The high-strength steel shafts are hardened and ground, and the hydraulic central unit has a power of H1-H2 kW. The hydraulic cylinder has a power of 10 and is equipped with phosphor bronze bushes in a special anti-friction alloy. The shaft speed is 13 per minute, and the approximate weight of the machine is 430 kg. The machine has a centralized lubrication system, and the gears are hardened and cut from solid stock.
