JUST A LITTLE This company was born in 1955 as a deformation machine tools reseller but soon developed its exclusive technology, ensuring quick expansion. In a field OF HISTORY where only rough machines with 1 driving roll were known, the realization, conceived by the founder, Oreste Meliga, of a system of free bending with 3 driving rolls, represented a revolutionary innovation, never surpassed up to now. This system was patented and commercialized under Tauring trademark. In 1975 Tauring was founded with the participation of the sons. Other innovations were introduced in the following years, such as the hydraulic-powered driving rolls adjustment, the instruments for the realization of bendings at variable radius, and at the end the Computerized Numerical Control (CNC), able to execute complicated working cycles with variable radius and to obtain varied different regular and irregular shapes on different planes. The consequent development of this company has led to its transformation into a joint-stock company.

All the models can be personalized with equipment and accessories suitable for special workings; on request, all the bending machines can be equipped with Computerized Numerical Control. THE TECHNOLOGY The exclusive CNC7 system is the pride of TAURING technology. It is a computer system used for the predetermination of bending radius, the result of years of specific experience in this field. This system is composed of an industrial computer managing the programs and of a second computer used for the automatic control of working cycles, able to guarantee a nearly absolute precision, by organizing and comparing all data at a very high speed.
