Tci RS water cutting machine

The high productivity machine series R5 developed by TCI uses water jet cutting technology to cut a wide range of materials and thicknesses, including steel, ceramics, marble, glass, and flexible materials. The machine has rapid speed for positioning with the ability to integrate up to four nozzles with abrasive for high cutting production. The cutting heads are integrated into the machine, and there is follow-up software to check the current renewable parts in real-time. The machine is protected against vibrations and has an automated cleaning system for machine waste from the numeric control.

Other advantages of the TCI Waterjet machine include easy programming, an easy change of cutting racks, reduced maintenance costs with modem activation, and a TCI Waterjet Hotline for technical assistance and spare parts. The water cutting system uses high-pressure water achieving a unique control and is capable of machining that is impossible to achieve by other methods.

The TCI Waterjet machine can cut a wide range of materials and thicknesses, including carbon fiber, titanium, alloys, insulating materials, fish, cakes, chocolate, meat, rubber, steel, composites, leather, stoneware, pottery, marble, granite, polystyrene, synthetic fibers, foam rubber, polymer, aluminum, bronze, brass, copper, mirrors, textiles, glass, wood, methacrylate, PVC, vinyl, and polyethylene. The machine is compared to other cutting technologies, such as laser cutting with oxygen and plasma, and is found to have excellent technological advantages.

The TCI Waterjet machine has several technological advantages, including the most versatile cutting systems on the market, low cutting temperature to avoid thermal alterations and residual tensions, a clean cut that doesn't generate harmful gases and doesn't need further additional labor, a cut surface that neither breaks nor bends, maximum utilization of primary materials, very strict tolerances with the possibility to make different types of cut simultaneously, and water as the main source of work.

The machine model R5 has several variations, including R5 2-0707-2, R5 2-0707-3, and R5 2-0707-4, with different zones, speeds, and dimensions.
