Thoman  The R63 section bending machine is a high-performance and precise machine suitable for use in any industry due to its flexibility and power. Its strong hydraulic drives and high roll bending performance of 7.5 kW, along with its flexible machine design, make it suitable for any application. The machine has high roll bending performance that ensures excellent productivity. It requires only one pass to bend a great many sections to finished dimensions, without requiring any labor and cost-consuming back and forward rolling. The machine can bend steel sections with a section modulus of up to 60 cm3. The R63 machine offers sufficient performance reserves and flexibility for current and future bending projects, whether one wishes to bend filigree aluminum sections or heavy steel sections.

The machine and control terminal are mobile and moveable. It can be operated by means of a manual control unit with a magnetic holding unit from a distance of 6m. The R63 machine has an advanced and powerful control and drive concept. A fourth roller or guiding block can be used, and it has a modular tool system. The shafts are supportable, and it has adjustable calibrating rollers for bending L-sections. The fourth roller is manually or hydraulically adjustable, and it has supports for the shafts.

The R63 machine has options, including a 3rd CNC controlled axis, an automatic radius measuring system, and hydraulic support and guide rollers, optionally with a digital display of the actual position. The machine also has a special design with 400mm shaft length and shaft support.
