Tibo TBFZ Drilling milling centers

TIBO Deep hole drilling and milling centers TBFZ 700, 1200, 2000, patented by Machinebau. The patented machining concept of the TBFZ-series machines is recommended for the complete machining of complex workpieces in mold making industry. Deep hole drilling of coolant channels, heating cartridges, oil and lubrication holes, air supplies. The working spindle can be converted within seconds from drilling to deburring, reaming, thread cutting, milling of grooves, hoppers, nests, threads, and freeform surfaces.

The solid gantry construction with a machine polymer concrete and steel bed provides for absorption of vibrations and stiffness. Available are configurations for drill diameters up to 48 mm and drill depths up to 1500 mm, with additional stroke even up to 2100 mm. Options like an NC rotary table B-axis as well as an angular movable drilling/milling unit A-axis can further enhance the TBFZ-series machines.
