Tibo TF 50 Drilling milling center

Tibo TF50 and TF100 are drilling/milling centers and tube sheet machines designed to handle large and complex workpieces commonly found in industries such as mold-making, petrochemicals, aerospace, and the like.

These machines are capable of handling workpieces weighing up to fifty tons, with rotary table options that allow for machining of four sides and angled features. They can drill holes up to 100mm in diameter, counterbore up to 125mm in diameter, and bore depths up to 2500mm.

Additionally, these machines have an optional spindle that allows for milling, drilling, tapping, and other boring operations. Depending on the configuration, workpieces can be processed from all four sides and angles using the CNC rotary table and the adjustable drilling unit. They can achieve full bore diameters of up to 100mm, counterbore diameters of up to 125mm, and bore depths of up to 2500mm.
