The TCD shears series is composed of models 2010, 1507, 1205, 1003, and 752, all made of robust, welded and normalized steel plates. These machines incorporate traditional mechanical solidity with modern technical innovations to ensure reliability and high productivity rates. There are five models available, with various accessories and tailstocks that can meet diverse requirements. Models 2010 and 1507 have hydraulic control, while models 1205, 1003, and 752 have mechanical control. All models have automatic cycles for cutting and flanging, and can be used for cutting discs, rings, sectors, and strips. Special molettes can be used for flanging. Omera Group manufactures and sells these rotary shears and flanging machines. The following is a list of technical instructions for cutting various shapes and sizes from different materials. To minimize waste, use the accessory when cutting on Model with the arm rotated and for thicknesses up to 6 mm. For material thicknesses lower than those listed in the table, use the accessory. The is also required for cutting values that are half of the maximum thickness listed in the table. To cut a ring from a square piece, use the accessory. To cut a ring from a disk, use the accessory. For circular sector cuts, ask for equipment. The minimum ring height should be 35 mm. For cutting consecutive circular sectors of constant or variable radius or rectangular shapes with minimal waste, ask for the accessory. For end-rounding off rectangular plates, use the accessory. To create single or multiple grooves on a plate, use the accessory. For simple bordering on a disk, use. For double bordering on a disk, ask for. To create simple or double curving on a disk, ask for equipment TCD  and forming rolls.
