Tongtai GT  5-axis machining center with a gantry structure that has improved dynamic capabilities. The moving axes are driven at the center of gravity, allowing for 5-axis simultaneous machining and completing complex processes in one sitting. The structure has a high rigidity with a closed design, and the gantry type movement ensures that the 3-axis feed rate is not affected by the weight of the workpiece. The spindle is lubricated with oil, providing low heat and a long lifetime. The 5-axis trunnion table is driven by a built-in DD motor, allowing for high precision and high rotation speed. The driven centers of the three axes are all on the gravity center, and the A/C axis is driven by a direct-drive motor. The machine is well-suited for high-speed machining and comes equipped with linear scales in the X/Y/Z axis to compensate for positioning errors and repeatability errors. The maximum loading capacity ranges from 400 to 800 kg, depending on the table size, and the spindle speed ranges from 15,000 to 24,000 rpm. The spindle motor ranges from 30 to 42 kW, depending on the model. The machine has a tool capacity ranging from 32 to 80 pieces.
