Tos H 100 conventineel horizontal boring mill

ReTOS Varnsdorf, located in the Czech Republic, has a 40-year tradition of overhauling horizontal boring machines. They employ modern technologies as their parent company TOS Varnsdorf. The W 100A is a manually controlled horizontal boring machine with fixed column and crosswise traveling table. It has four linear axes and a rotary table, a sliding work spindle, and a facing head with a tool slide. The machine is designed for piece and low-volume engineering production, and it is suitable for roughing and finishing. The machine is equipped with digital optical measuring of linear axes and table rotation with DROs, and it can optionally be fitted with tool cooling kit CHZ, outboard support, spindle clamping/guiding support, rectangular milling head, and more. The machine is powered by PLC in HEIDENHAIN digital optical configuration and electric cabinet measuring and DROs. The traveling groups lubricate X, Y, Z, W, B axes and are driven by LS 603 rules + DRO. The guideways on all linear axes are reinforced with hardened steel plates and counterways casted by plastic groups. The spindle speed and feeds on all linear axes are driven by mechanical lines and gears. The machine is also equipped with comprehensive safety elements, in accordance with the 98/37/EEC Council Directive, as subsequently amended. The document covers all machines in the development range H100, H100A, W100, and W100A. The machine parameters for the H100A and W100A include a work spindle diameter of 100mm, a clamping taper of 6 Morse 50 1S0, and a spindle speed range of 5.6-900 and 7.1-1120 rpm, respectively. The machine weighs 13550 and 14000 kgs, respectively. Optional accessories include an outboard support, tool cooling kit CHZ-100, and spindle guiding support VP-100.
