TOS With nearly 90,000 machines sold globally, the company offers quality and commitment for the future, as evidenced by reference machines directly from customers. Their core competencies include turbine chambers, hydro turbine impellers, heat exchangers, propellers, wind turbine gearboxes, and hubs. They also offer turnkey solutions, such as milling machines, clamping fixtures, tools, technology, warranty, and post-warranty services. The company has worked with a wide range of top references, including ALSTOM Power, ŽĎAS, and Voestalpine. Among the machines used by customers is the FRUA 450-FSV5/17 machining center, which is the most powerful portal center produced in the Czech Republic. This center has been used by ŽĎAS since January 2010 for the production of steam turbines for companies such as SIEMENS and BHEL. Another example is the RF 300-V/Ab machine, a gantry type machining center with a movable column used by ŽĎAS for the machining of Kaplan's turbine vanes. The machine has basic parameters of X = 6,000 mm, Y = 3,800 mm, Z = 1,250 mm, and automatically interchangeable milling heads.
