The SKL machines are designed to achieve high-speed and precise machining of smaller diameter workpieces. These machines come with table diameters ranging from 800 to 1250 mm. The SKL machines have automatic tool exchange, tool magazines specified for 16 or 24 tools, high-speed machining capability with a maximum table speed of 1500 cpm, and a fully covered working area. The CNC control options include SIEMENS or FANUC. Additionally, the C-axis and live spindle are optional. The parameters of SKL machines are as follows: table diameter ranges from 800 to 1250 mm, max workpiece diameter ranges from 200 to 1700 mm, max workpiece height is 1000 mm, and max workpiece weight is 2000 kg.

SKA:

The SKA vertical lathes and vertical turning centers are known for their quick exchange of tooling, which allows them to easily machine technically complicated workpieces. These machines come in sizes ranging from 1250 to 5000 mm. The SKA machines have quick automatic exchange of tool holders specified for tools of 40x40 mm and of rotary tools of 1S0 50, CAT 50. Additionally, they have a ram cross-section of 200 x 240 mm or 240 x 240 mm, specified for high-power machining, high-pressure coolant, a fully covered working area, and CNC control options of SIEMENS or FANUC. The C-axis and live spindle are optional. The parameters of SKA machines are as follows: table diameter ranges from 1250 to 5000 mm, max workpiece diameter ranges from 400 to 5500 mm, max workpiece height ranges from 1400 to 2480 mm, and max workpiece weight ranges from 8000 to 30000 kg.
