forcing the pipe to bend around the ram die.

The press bending method is suitable for simple bendíng processes and thíck-walled pipes. As pípes are bent without
mandrel or wíper die, bendíng radii of approx. 3 x D and higher can be perfornied. Wíth the PB 42 and the PB 42 p1us,
TRACTO-TECHNIK offers two mobile and flexible bending machínes for pípes with outer diameters of up to 42 mm.
The desired bendíng angle can be exactly adjusted via límit switch for the cylinder stroke. A plug-ín type tool system
allows short setup tímes. The PB 42 plus ís equipped with internal and external deburrers as we11 as an universal seatíng
device which allows adding on a flaríng unit or a cutting ring assembly unít optionally.

The TUBOFORM model range offers multiple possibilities for the processing of pipe ends, they can Ьe formed either axially or in a
radial process, for instance:
expanding reducing end sizing flanging bead formíng
bevellíng notching curling flaring contour formíng
When the axial method is applied, the forming tools are moved lengthwise to the pipe, thus forming the pipe end while the pipe
itself is held with clamping jaws. Depending on the forming tools, you can produce a large variety of different high-precision pipe
geometries with the TUBOFORM A.
When radial forming is applied, the pipe end is formed by
means of spreading or pulling-in segments. The pipe itself is
held by hand or by means of simple facilities for this method.
The TUBOFORM RS is equipped with one radially working for-
ming too1, it affects the pipe either from without or within. 1n
contrast to this mode of action, the TUBOFORM RM combines
two independent radially working tools.

No matter what kínd of pipes are going to be measured, whether they have single bends, complicated shapes with
standard radíi or freeform bends: the pipe measuríng systems from TRACTO-TECHNIK always deliver precíse and reliable
results. With these, you can not on1y check the dimensional accuracy of bent pipes; by means of reverse engíneering,
the geometry data can be directly transformed ínto production or pipe bending data.
The TUBOSCAN C and the TUBOSCAN M are two measuríng arm systems which differ in relatíon to theír hardware
components, the measuring method, the workíng range and theír measuríng precisíon. The TUBOSCAN C is avaílable in
working ranges between m and m and can be equípped wíth diverse measuríng sensors.
The sma11 measuring arm TUBOSCAN M has a basíc working range of m, which
can easily be extended for measuríng of pipe shapes that extend thís working range
leapfrog functíon . Thís measuring arm can be equipped wíth tactíle measuring sen-
sors, a pipe measuring fork or a laser optic ML for comfortable, non-contactíng pipe
measurement.

The TUBOSCAN 5T1CK can work completely without the mechanícal restríctions of a measuríng arm. Based on the latest 3D
navígation technology, this measuring system allows mobile, cable-free, freehand definitíon and measurement of pipes and
add-on parts.
The core piece of a11 these measuring systems is the pipe-specific measuríng
and evaluatíon software which wi11 master even the most difficult of ineasuring
tasks. The lite version includes the basic measuríng functions for pipes, wires
and hoses measuring, calculating bending data, nominal/actual value
comparison... .
The fu11 version integrates numerous additíonal features líke pipe data import
from CAD systems via 1GES interface , automatíc generation of sizing tools
and measurement of add-on parts. A design module for adapting pipe courses
and suítable ìnterfaces for the online connection of pipe bendíng machínes is
optionally available.
TT has developed the TUBOCONTROL measuring table for measuríng angles
and lengths of two-dimensional pipe shapes. 1t ís also excellent for the quick
and uncomplicated determinatíon of the pipe s springback after bendíng.

designed to optimise the process cycles of template pipe production.

Using the 3D isometric facilities of SCOPELINK, a11 geometry data relevant
for the finishíng of the template pipe are precisely measured out and sto-
red on site. As next, the data can be dírectly sent to the pipe fabricatíng
workshop for further processing, for ínstance by usíng the internet. Thís
means you can start with the productíon of the template pipe almost at
oпce.

PIPEFAB extricates the complete ínformation needed for producing pipe línes from the pipe data. Data ínput is per-
