Angular variations in a formed product caused by beam deformations can be quickly and accurately compensated with the aid of the Quick-Adjust crowning table, the WILA BOMBEERING.

The conventional solutions of dealing with problems of angular variation, such as shimming, crowning of tools or press brake bed, or by adjustable wedge systems result in unnecessary loss of production time, in addition to which the desired result is only partially achieved.

Besides the predictable deflection of the press brake, unpredictable deviations, caused by unavoidable tolerances in both machine and tools, worn tools and the cambered rolled sheet, cause unacceptably formed components.

With the CVB/D Wila offers the ideal solution for all these problems in just one unit. The special shape of the wedge systems of the CVB/D lets you adapt actively to the oddities of your press brake. The CVB/D allows you to eliminate all the product deviations caused by the press brake as a whole.

The CVB/D can be quickly adjusted by using the cranked handle, or by an electromotor, eventually hydraulically. It can also be automatically programmed via the control of the press brake.
