column vertical turning and milling machíne has
both functíons of turning and mílling. CKX52 series machine has 3 simultaneous controlling axes. It can finísh drilling, boring, milling and turning in once set-up, as well as complicated surface.

The movement of tool head and ram is driven by screw nut; the guide way adopts pump per pocket type preload constant hydrostatic guide way. The tool head with ram section size 250 x 250 moves on the crossrail with relief rail to bear the weight of tool head and reduce the deformation of crossrail which can keep the moving accuracy of tool head. The main drive is driven by vade feild control motor of two stage mechanical shift. The table is centered by a high precision double row radial short roller bearing in radial.
