FB series is produced by WZ with the technology introduced from Germany Schiess Co. It is suitable for boring, milling, drilling and grooving, with high precision rotary table and right angular milling head, the machine can finish 5 surfaces machining. It is ideal equipment for steam turbine, generator and heavy duty machine tools used in industries of inetallurgy, power, and energy source.
Structural features
The bed and column are welded construction. The column and saddle are aп integral part with high rigidity.
The machine adopts the design of optimum finite element calculation. It obtains optimum dynamic performance all matched CNC system. Both spindle bearing and guideway adopt pump per pocket pre-loading constant flow hydrostatic system. The feed system is transmitted by ballscrew nut pair and double pinions with backlash free to insure micro-feeding accuracy. The headstock
adopts double gears driving device is used for resolve centre-of-gravity shift. Thermo-balancing system can efficiently reduce thermal deformation of the machine. The high accuracy linear scale ensures the posítioning
accuracy. The machine has self-diagnostic function to realize error posítion fixing correctly. The SIMENS 840D CNC system with manual and automatic optíonal operation is used for machine so that customers can get the most
economical manufacturing techniques and the highest efficiency. The machine can be equipped with all kinds of special attachments, such as: angular milling head, special milling head, facing head etc as per customers selection, and the attachments can be clamped automatically.
