Double bed referenced encoders are connected to the bed in such a way that deformatíon of the side frames duríng bendíng does not infJuence the posítioníng accuracy of the upper beam. The closed loop control thc position synchronizatíon of the ram and bendíng force in order to achíeve satisfying bending depth or bending angle.

Control technology
Two linear encoder Y1-Y2 are mounted on the two sídes of machíne, they measure the exact dístance between the ram and worktable, the encoders are connected to the table, so tlıat the deformation of the síde frames does not ínfluence the positíon, the posítíon data ís ímmedíately sent to the
control system that calcu ates and output t e sígnal for the control values S 1-52 .
If has a bít posítíon error, two servo valves can be rectífied necessaríly by CNC system, It always énsures the parallelísm status between the ram and worktable.

Programmable crowníng system V-axís
CNC crowníng ensures the ram and table are  during the bending operatíon. Sheet thickness, length, die openíng and tensíle strength data are entered into control. Force and related deflectíon of the table and ram are automatícally determíned , preloading is optimally obtained for each bend. Wíth YSD HPC press brakes, you obtaín an optímal bendíng process
and exellent bending results froın the first piece.
