Making Presses
The equipment designed to hot press the parts for the automotive industry. The CYAA 1800 presś is of a vertical design with the welded
frame. The frame upper part homes 2 working cylinders and 2 return ones. Position of the slide is sensed by the continuous position sensor.
The slide moves along the adjustable X guide. The préss is provided wìth locking mechanism of the slide. The synchronizing cylinders
ensure parallelism of run o the slide. They are located in thé lower part of the press frame. The press workspace is accommodated to
heating of tools and bolster and platen of the frame and slide. Main part of the press drive is locªted on the press frame upper surface.
The preśs drive is of an oil, combined type. Thé press is lubrićated with grease from the total loss lubrication system. The control system
enśures the press control, diagnostićs and signaIIing for other co-operating equipment.
