We have comnıitted to meeting customers specífíc requirements.
Our approach of designíng functíon modules such that they can
be varíably arranged relative to each other permíts excellent
nıatchïng to machíníng jobs and component sízes.
This advantage is partícularly relevant ín the productíon of bulky
components which, often, require only partíal surface machining.
Also, conventíonal manual operator control is more economíc in
such applícations. Arrangíng oпe or several carriages, the taílstock, steady rests or roller steadíes on a foundatíon plate area in front of the faceplate whích is desígned to rotate about íts horizontal axís, has proved to be the true approach in a thousand applícations. Thus, DP lathes are capable of doing more than just facíng jobs.
