The PartPro 300 XT is a profesional FFF 3D printer for functional protyping. With the PartPro 300 xT you get a high quality FFF 3D printer. Quality exhaust nozzles, heating and automatic calibration
The single extruder of the PartPro300 xT is equipped with a hardened steel nozzle. The dual extruder with two brass nozzles. Therefore, it can process numerous high-performance materials at relatively high speeds. In combination with the automatic calibration and leveling, you can achieve consistently precise print products. During the printing process, the heated build plate ensures strong adhesion of the components to the build plate. And finally, the heated installation space ensures dimensional stability, dimensional accuracy and optimal connection of the layers over the entire component - from the first to the last layer.
Dual extrusion for high demands
Like most FFF printers, the dual extruder of the PartPro 300 xT from XYZprinting creates objects from thermoplastics. However, this professional FFF 3D printer can not only process standard materials such as PLA, but also high-performance materials / engineering plastics. The PartPro 300 xT is currently designed for the following materials: Carbon PLA, PET CF15, PAHT CF15, PETG, ABS, PLA, Tough PLA, Metallic and of course water-soluble BVOH as support material. Other materials such as TPE/TPU and other composite materials will follow shortly.
Filament control through dry box
The filament hopper of the MfgPro 300 xT by XYZprinting Pro maintains the quality of the filament by keeping moisture out. It holds two spools of 3 kg filament each. The automatic filament feed also ensures a constant supply of material. In addition, it increases the user-friendliness and finally simplifies the filament change.
XYZmaker Suite software
The PartPro300 xT FFF 3D printer can be controlled both directly on the printer and via remote control. The machine has Wi-Fi, Ethernet and USB connections and can be powered directly from a USB stick. The common 3D file formats AMF, PLY, STL, XYZ format and OBJ are supported by the XYZmaker Suite software and this works on Windows operating systems as well as on Mac OS X.
