The universal model for your surface and profile grinding applications The BLOHM REDLINE S easy Touch is a veryaffordable yet extremely precise surface andprofile grinding machine. It excels due to theinnovative operator concept within the BLOHMeasy TOUCH control.This future orientated concept is completed bythe use of high precision re-circulating ballscrews with digital drives and a grinding spindle drive with a capacity of 5,9 kW at 1.500 1/min.The electrical cabinet is attached to the machine for transportation which guarantees a fast installation.Surface and profile grinding has been newly defined by the BLOHM easy TOUCH control.The clear menu guided operation is via a TFT colourtouch screen and joystick, which permits the simple operation of the machine.The scope of supply includes standard surface and creep feed grinding programs. Additional program options extend the range of applications.Grinding cycles, e.g. multi-step grinding, rotary table surface grinding and automatic gap control, as well as profile dressing cycles are available options.
